Thanksgiving!!!!!! Everything was insanely delicious and I’m still in a food coma 🫣 Cheffed up by Brooke, Sophia, Peri, Micah, and me! 🤗

Day 10 = last day 😔😭 Today we made the fraisier cake and it turned out so well! We also had a little graduation 🥂But these 2 weeks went by so fast, I can’t believe it. It was a real life dream come true, and I wish it never had to end

Day 9 = macaron day!!!! I can’t believe I only have one day left it’s making me so sad 😭😭 But I’m so happy with how the macarons came out and I loved all of the different fillings (vanilla, praline, passion fruit, coffee, caramel)

Day 8!!!! Today might be my favorite pastries that I’ve done so far 😋 The praline in the Paris-Brest was just insane and it was so fun to make. Andddd making the opera cake was crazy with the amount of layers. The croissants and pains au choco

Day 7 = brioche/croissants/pains un chocolat 🕺

Day 2!!! Today was crazy 😱 I finished making the religieuses (which includes making the choux pastry, craquelin, coffee pastry cream, buttercream, and fondant), the doughs for 3 tarts, and learned how to make and pipe meringue. Also also alsooo I go
